The Team Hungry Initiative
Every student is created uniquely. That is why Team Hungry is dedicated to the process of intentional influence that takes place in the context of a relationship. It is through the Team Hungry initiative that we fulfill our mission.
Identify students’ passions, callings, and talents.
Invest in them through personal relationships.

Projects
Student Driven
Team Hungry Projects spring forth from the hearts and minds of our students. Our theory is that as we position them with opportunities to learn, grow, and give back through action, it nurtures the innate desire to be givers and leaders in a world where their input is often overlooked.
As we develop our God-given passions, talents, and callings, our faith demands us to take action (James 2:26). When one of our students encounters a need in the local community or around the world, we encourage them to develop a plan, a strategy that will help create a solution that will make a lasting impact. Our Educators + Advisors guide the students over the course of the project and connect them with additional organizations and leaders who offer wise and effective council ensuring success.
The tactical experience of ideating and executing a Team Hungry Project equips our students to become more effective leaders on their campuses, assets in the workplaces, and pillars of the local community.

Team Hungry Programs are the core elements that have proven to fulfill our mission to help every student become all they were created to be.
Many of our Programs began as student-led Projects. Programs like our weekly Prayer on the Porch and annual Nicaragua mission trips were born from a student’s desire for more. Realizing the tremendous impact these efforts make on our students, the decision was made to pursue them more passionately because of the immeasurable and lasting difference it has made and continues to make. These are the places and experiences that nurture deep relationships and where true discipleship happens.
