These Team Hungry alumni are recognized for their incredible dedication to our mission. During their time as high schoolers, they spearheaded some of our most impactful projects and truly embodied the Team Hungry Initiative through their hard work and perseverance.
Caitlyn Bielak
Caitlyn was the incredible student leader behind Team Hungry’s Soundwaves Concert in 2016 and 2017. The events required months of planning, over 30 volunteers, and more than 20 community sponsorships each year. Proceeds went to elementary students in Managua, Nicaragua through our global partners. Caitlyn is now pursuing a degree from Texas A&M and stays involved with Team Hungry regularly.
MaryChase Teal
MaryChase became president of Team Hungry her senior year at East Coweta after 3 years of dedicated involvement in nearly every one of our Programs and Projects. She went on to become a Chick-fil-A Fellow while attending college. MaryChase continues to serve her community and stands out as a leader in every area of her life.
Sarah Whitehead
Sarah created a wonderfully impactful program called Indian Impact that connects high school students with middle schoolers to build relationships and act as mentors. The program has been widely successful and continues to happen today. Sarah is a senior in high school this year and we are delighted to still have her with us.
